How do I know if my furniture will match?  Be sure to correctly order your colors to match the same and the series/grouping of furniture matches: such as Series C, Method, Move 60, etc. so your colors and drawer handles styles match.

What if I cannot figure out how to layout my office area? Space planning is available upon request at no charge.

How soon will I get my furniture?  All products are in stock and ready to ship.

How do I receive my furniture? Product is delivered via standard UPS or Fed Ex within 3-10 business days.  Items will be left at your door as you have received other UPS or Fed Ex packages.

What if there is freight damage? Just give your Indoff representative a call.

Can I return my furniture after I have received it? Yes, however all items need to be in their original unopened packaging and returned within 3-5 business days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened packages are not able to be returned.  Just give your Indoff representative a call.

Does my furniture come assembled?  Most items come flat in the box and will need assembly.  Assembly instructions are included in each box. Items listed as “Assembled” such as mobile file pedestals and lateral files will need drawer pulls put on and casters put on for mobile file pedestals.

How do I know I have the best price?  Your Indoff representative has studied the online marketplace and brought extremely competitive pricing.
